Maxwell Metal Industries is committed to supply its esteemed customers quality products manufactured under quality systems with complete customer satisfaction. At MMI, quality is the first priority. Each product is rigorously scrutinized and checked. To ensure respective quality standards nationally and internationally there is an efficient quality control check system to manage any discrepancy. All products shall go through:

Chemical analysis: chemical compositions analysis practiced to ensure desired chemical standards.

Atmospheric pressure and hydraulic test: experimented to pressure pipes one by one under a necessary pressure value in no less than 5 seconds and no leakage should occur. Normal hydraulic pressure value is 2.45Mpa and atmospheric pressure is P-0.59Mpa.

Corrosion test: corrosion resistance test has been experimented to the corrosion-resistance pipes in conformity with the standards stipulated or jointly agreed corrosion measures and no tendency of intercrystalline corrosion should occur.

Technical performances test: flattening test, tensile test, impact test, flaring test, hardness test, metallographic test, bending test, nondestructive inspection (eddy current test, X ray test and ultrasonic test)
